OnTrac is hiring a Maintenance Technician II – Conveyor Systems in Logan Township, NJ. You will support preventive maintenance and rapid repair of conveyor and material handling systems in a high‑volume environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (technical training preferred) and 1 year of related experience, with strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of LOTO/OSHA rules. OT and shift work may apply.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or trade school certificate preferred.
• 1 year of related experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in 24/7 operation environments.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Able to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Knowledge of LOTO, OSHA requirements, PM programs, and safe electrical work practices.

Aufgaben

• Ensure proper operation of conveyor systems and material handling equipment; respond to breakdowns.
• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors and sortation equipment.
• Change and repair parts; rebuild and align equipment components.
• Use manuals and schematics for repairs and modifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; conduct daily machine inspections.
• May be called after hours to maintain capacity.
