Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair conveyor systems and material handling equipment in a warehouse setting. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility equipment to ensure reliable operation.

The role requires hands-on experience with conveyors, a strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or with the team to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, facilities, or related maintenance experience.
• Experience working with conveyor systems including bearings, belts and chains, motors and gearboxes.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical components including bearings, belts, chains, motors, and gearboxes.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
