Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve conveyor systems and material handling equipment in a warehouse environment.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility equipment to ensure uptime. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with conveyors, can work independently and with teams, and are committed to safety.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with conveyor systems and industrial equipment.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document work electronically.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical components including bearings, belts, chains, motors, and gearboxes.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Inspect, lubricate, and align equipment to maintain performance.
• Document maintenance findings and report to leadership.
• Support installation and modification of conveyors and related equipment.
