Job summary

Performance Team is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair conveyor systems and material handling equipment in a warehouse environment. You will perform preventive and corrective work on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and facility equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on experience with conveyors, the ability to troubleshoot routine issues, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance or related experience.
• Experience with conveyor systems, bearings, belts, chains, motors, and gearboxes.
• Basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Ability to document work electronically and use hand/power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyor systems and material handling equipment.
• Inspect and service mechanical components (bearings, belts, rollers, motors, gearboxes).
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain maintenance records and document labor hours and parts used.
• Support safety compliance and safe operation of equipment.
