Performance Team in Stockton, CA is seeking an experienced Technical Maintenance Mechanic to join our warehouse maintenance team. The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of conveyor systems and material handling equipment to keep operations running reliably.

Formación

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or automated material handling environment.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting and repairing conveyor systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Experience using troubleshooting and diagnostic tools including multimeters and precision measuring instruments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic controls-related issues on material handling equipment.
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems, sortation equipment, gearboxes, motors, VFDs, sensors, bearings, chains, belts, rollers, actuators, cylinders, and other components.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment including balers, carton sealers, air compressors, dock equipment, and other warehouse support systems.
• Observe equipment in operation, identify root causes of mechanical failures, and implement corrective solutions.
• Dismantle, inspect, repair, rebuild, or replace defective equipment and components as needed.
• Test equipment following repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation.
