Motion is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site belt installation, splicing, and preventive maintenance for conveyor systems at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, repair equipment, and provide technical support and training as needed.

The role requires a technical degree and up to 3 years of related experience, with opportunities to drive company vehicles and maintain a high standard of safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Technical degree required.
• 0–3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to drive company vehicles within one year (DoT preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site belt installation, splicing, and preventative maintenance.
• Provides on-site service for repairs and equipment upgrades at customer sites.
• Diagnoses problems, documents findings, and determines parts to repair or replace.
• Communicates technical information to customers and internal stakeholders.
