Responsibilities

• Fabricate belts in shop and perform rigging for lifting and installation.
• Diagnose problems, decide repairs or part replacements, and document findings.
• Communicate technical information to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform on-site services for new and existing clients, including emergencies.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements; drive company vehicles as needed.
