Job summary

Motion provides field service technicians who repair and install conveyor belts and related mechanical equipment at customer sites. You will perform shop fabrication, rigging, and on-site maintenance to keep customer systems operating smoothly.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent and up to three years of related experience, with strong safety awareness and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates during service calls.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent required.
• 0–3 years related experience preferred.
• Able to read measurements and use basic shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate belts in shop as needed.
• Perform rigging for lifting belt rolls, presses and tooling on/off conveyors.
• Perform basic millwright tasks and install/remove conveyor components such as bearings, idlers, pulleys, gearboxes and motors.
• Install, diagnose, repair and support equipment at customer sites.
