Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician for a weekend shift at our Midwest Distribution Center in Indiana. Under minimal supervision, you will perform maintenance on conveyors, patching, painting, lighting, electrical work, and office furniture moves.

You must have a High School Diploma and 4-6 years of industrial maintenance experience with conveyors and controls; knowledge of pneumatics, AC/DC motors, and safety procedures is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 4-6 years industrial maintenance experience with conveyors, controls and operating systems of a medium to large distribution center or manufacturing operation.
• Experience working around pneumatics, AC/DC motor skills and industrial electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Under minimal supervision perform skilled and semi-skilled facility maintenance activities including patching and painting walls, patching floors, replacing lights, repair racking, office furniture moves and setups and other facilities related tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair controls, process controllers, control cabinets, power supplies and all other field devices associated with the conveyor system.
• Enter data in the computerized maintenance management system.
• Perform minor electrical work such as running conduit and pulling wire.
• Develop and implement ideas to increase productivity and/or reliability.
