Deckers Outdoor Corporation in Indiana is seeking a C Shift DC Maintenance Technician III to support the Midwest Distribution Center. The role involves maintaining heavy industrial equipment, conveyors, and electrical systems, with emphasis on PLC-driven controls and 480-volt systems.

Expect preventive maintenance, repairs, and documentation of work orders. Under minimal supervision, you will patch and repair facilities, manage minor projects, and train lower-grade staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting across high/low voltage systems.
• Familiarity with PLC controlled equipment and AC/DC controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance on facilities, conveyors, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems and related controls.
• Document work orders, labor, parts, and inventory used; close work orders.
