Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking a production line worker to inspect, grade, and package products on a rotating basis along the conveyor system, following marketing specifications.

The role requires the ability to understand basic math, communicate effectively, and maintain a safe, clean work area while complying with safety standards and PPE requirements. Extended hours and weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, round, compute averages and percentages, and interpret bar graphs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, grade, and package products to specifications on a rotating basis.
• Estimate weight and verify counts to identify substandard items.
• Place rejected products in designated areas and adjust to specifications.
• Report major breakdowns and notify supervisor of issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow GMP and PPE rules.
• Observe conveyor system for extended periods and adapt to production needs.
