Job summary

Monogram Foods in Wisconsin seeks a production associate to inspect, grade, and package products on a fast-moving conveyor line, following customer specifications. You will visually estimate weight, verify counts, and place items into the correct piles to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include reporting line issues, ensuring safety and GMP adherence, and working extended hours including weekends. Must be 18 years or older, wear PPE, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, round, compute averages and percentages, and interpret bar graphs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, grade, and package products on a conveyor line.
• Estimate weight of product visually and verify count.
• Place rejected products and adjust to specifications as needed.
• Report major breakdowns or problems to the line operator.
• Notify Supervisor of mechanical or material issues.
• Assemble product according to customer specification.
• Inspect and insert product along the line and discard poor product.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and follow safety policies.
• Wear required PPE and adhere to food safety and personal safety rules.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Observe products moving on a conveyor for up to 3 1/2 hours at a time.
