The role involves inspecting and sorting product, pulling bones when needed, and ensuring only conforming goods advance along the line. The successful candidate will work in a team environment and follow Simmons operating systems, including quality, safety and LEAN policies, while remaining adaptable to cold, wet, and dusty production

Qualifications

• Moves on a moving conveyor belt using both hands.
• Packs, styles and weighs product as assigned.
• Inspects, grades and removes nonconforming product.

Responsibilities

• Fosters teamwork and participates in team meetings.
• Adheres to Simmons operating systems: quality, security, LEAN and company policies.
• Communicates concerns and improvement ideas to the team leader.
