• Visually grades product and ensures only quality product meets customer specifications.
• Works as part of a team to implement programs and policies and improve cohesiveness.
• Must complete and pass a customer specification test before qualification.
• Ability to rotate to different line positions as needed.
• Comfort with frequent standing and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect/product grade and remove defects.
• Place defective product into identified defect groups.
• Participate in team meetings and support team concepts, programs and policies.
• Support Simmons’ operating systems principles and company policies.
• Perform other duties as necessary to meet business objectives.
