Job summary

Monogram Appetizers in Plover, WI is seeking an entry-level Production Associate to inspect, grade, and package products on a fast-moving conveyor line. You will follow marketing specifications and maintain safety and GMP standards.

Responsibilities include measuring weight visually, sorting by grade, reporting line issues, assembling products per customer specs, and keeping a clean, compliant workspace. Extended hours and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, round, compute averages and percentages, and interpret bar graphs.

Responsibilities

• Estimate weight of product visually.
• Verify count, assess grade, and identify substandard products.
• Place rejected products and add supplemental product to meet specifications.
• Report major line breakdowns or problems to the line operator.
• Notify Supervisor of mechanical or material issues.
• Assemble product according to customer specification.
• Inspect and insert product along the line and discard nonconforming items.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Follow all plant food safety and personal safety rules and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Observe products moving on a conveyor for up to 3 1/2 hours at a time.
