Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.
• Basic arithmetic, averages, percentages, and bar graph interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Estimate weight of product visually.
• Verify count and grade products; identify substandard items.
• Place rejected products into designated areas and adjust to specifications.
• Report major breakdowns or problems to the line operator.
• Notify supervisor of mechanical or material issues.
• Assemble product according to customer specifications.
• Inspect and insert product along the line and discard poor product.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and follow safety rules.
• Wear required PPE and observe food safety procedures.
• Observe conveyor movement for up to 3.5 hours.
• Perform other duties as required.
