Job summary

AMMEGA in Salt Lake City is seeking a Conveyor Belt Technician to support the fabrication and installation of conveyor belts and related industrial products. You will contribute to a growing global leader in belting solutions.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional overnight travel. The role requires physical strength, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Benefits include insurance, retirement plans, and education support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check (MVR).
• Must be able to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility for nights or weekends; scheduling readiness.
• Previous industrial or production experience.
• Strong math skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Process orders safely and operate light industrial equipment.
• Communicate with supervisor about orders and scheduling.
• Ensure timely shipping and receipt of belting products.
• Maintain shipping/receiving supplies.
• Travel to locations to install product; occasional overnight travel.
• Provide on-call assistance as required.
• Maintain inventory levels and participate in annual counts.
