Job summary

Ammega Group is seeking a Conveyor Belt Technician to fabricate and install conveyor belts and related products across multiple locations. The role includes ordering, shipping, and reporting duties within a fast-paced industrial environment.

The position requires a High School diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check, including MVR. Occasional travel and lifting heavy weights are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must pass background check including MVR.
• Strong fundamental math skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional nights and/or weekends.
• Previous industrial or production experience.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in a safe and efficient manner and operate light industrial equipment.
• Communicate with supervisor regarding orders, scheduling and production issues.
• Ensure timely shipping of belting products and receive shipments promptly.
• Maintain shipping/receiving area with needed supplies.
• Process and maintain reports.
• Travel to various locations to install product; occasional overnight travel is required.
• Provide on-call assistance as needed.
• Recognize inventory usage and report low levels; participate in annual inventory.
