Job summary

AMMEGA is seeking a Conveyor Belt Technician in an in-person role. You will fabricate and install conveyor belts and related products, processing orders safely and operating light industrial equipment.

Expect travel to various locations with occasional overnight stays; input from supervisors will guide scheduling and installations. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a background check (including MVR), strong math skills, and a flexible

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel for installs.
• Strong math skills as part of measurements and planning.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights or weekends.
• Industrial or production experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check including MVR.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install conveyor belts and related products.
• Process orders safely and operate light industrial equipment.
• Communicate with supervisor about orders, scheduling and issues.
• Ship belting products timely and verify correct delivery.
• Maintain shipping/receiving supplies and records.
• Travel to locations to install product; occasional overnight travel.
• Provide on-call assistance as required.
• Maintain inventory counts and participate in annual counts.
