Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Converting Supervisor to lead safe, efficient production at the Corrugated Container facility. You will set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and supervise a team to meet daily goals, while coaching members and coordinating with other functions.

You will bring 3+ years of converting supervisory experience, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and strong communication skills to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence on shift.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s in Business/Engineering/Operations preferred.
• 3+ years of converting supervisory experience in packaging.
• Experience in Lean; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure safe, efficient production on the Converting machines.
• Set performance expectations and monitor KPIs to meet targets.
• Coordinate workforce planning and manage attendance policies.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members on shift.
• Collaborate across plant functions to meet production needs.
• Participate in Daily Management Systems to drive improvement.
