Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Converting Supervisor to lead safe, efficient production in the Corrugated Container facility. You will set performance expectations, drive targets, supervise machines, and coach team members to achieve KPIs and production goals.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in converting supervision, Lean/Six Sigma certification, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of converting supervisory experience in a packaging facility required.
• Experience in a Lean environment; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to coach/train employees and work as an on-shift resource for troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Execute safety briefs to the team on designated shifts and monitor safety.
• Monitor and report production KPIs and drive daily goals.
• Manage workforce planning, including schedules and attendance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional areas to meet production needs.
• Supervise daily production activities and monitor performance of team members.
• Participate in Daily Management Systems to track progress and drive performance.
