Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Corrugator Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH to lead the shift, ensure safe and efficient operations, and drive performance metrics. You will supervise operators, coach staff, and coordinate with maintenance and other departments to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of packaging converting supervisory experience.
• Lean environment experience; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the shift with focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Act as first point of contact for operators regarding mechanical failures or production issues.
• Coordinate production activities with other departments to meet goals and control costs.
• Monitor KPIs around efficiencies, downtime, inventory and production.
• Direct maintenance to troubleshoot problems and perform preventative maintenance.
