Sofidel America is seeking a Converting Assistant Rewinder Operator to join our production team in Phoenix. You will work closely with the Machine Operator to learn essential machine operation skills and ensure products meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities include setting up rewinder and downstream equipment, monitoring performance, conducting hourly quality checks, and assisting with changeovers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills necessary.
• Strong math skills and ability to read safety rules and manuals.
