C-P Flexible Packaging in York, PA is seeking a Converting Operations Supervisor to lead our converting department on the 2nd shift, 4pm-2am. You will supervise multi-shift activities, drive continuous improvement, and develop high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing supervision, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with converting equipment, quality control, and safety programs. Join us to help advance operations and deliver quality packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing supervision and/or plant engineering experience.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and driving operational performance.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to adjust and maintain converting equipment.
• Quality control and production testing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of converting operations personnel.
• Assist with material handling and ensure adequate supply of materials for production.
• Develop and maintain efficient workflow throughout the department.
• Monitor production performance and maintain production reporting and documentation.
• Support staffing, vacation planning, and shift coverage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
