Job summary

C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking a Press Shift Supervisor for the York facility on a 12-hour night shift (2/2/3 rotation, 6pm-6am). You will lead a hands-on manufacturing team focused on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and proficient use of production data and ERP/MRP systems. Join us to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years manufacturing supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Experience with safety, quality, productivity, and employee development.
Experience managing production data, reporting, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Oversee production activities across shift by walking the floor and directing personnel.
Communicate production expectations and measure team performance.
Ensure safety, quality, production, and housekeeping goals are met.
Maintain production reporting accuracy and documentation.
Develop relationships with internal supplier, support, and customer departments.
Assist Scheduling in defining workflow and ensuring materials availability.
