Job summary

C-P Flexible Packaging's York facility is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to lead the night shift on a 12-hour 2/2/3 rotation (6pm-6am). You will oversee multiple departments, ensure safety, quality, productivity, and staff development, and partner with the operations leadership to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in manufacturing supervision, strong leadership, and experience with ERP/MRP, Excel, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing production data, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all activities of shift personnel on the production floor.
• Ensure achievement of quality, production, productivity and safety goals for the department.
• Maintain accuracy and documentation of production reporting.
• Assist Scheduling in defining and maintaining workflow through the department.
• Ensure adequate supply of materials for shift operation.
• Oversee employee training and conduct evaluations.
• Oversee disciplinary action and vacation coverage planning.
• Direct staff development and training.
