Qualifications

• Able to read gauges and measure with tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Operate converting machinery at planned capacity and speed.
• Train and assist helpers on machine duties.
• Cross-train on other machines.
• Complete production reports accurately and timely.
• Submit maintenance work orders and assist with upkeep.
• Follow safety and housekeeping standards.
• Adhere to production schedule and suggest improvements.
