Pratt Industries in Carlisle, PA seeks a Machine Helper to operate and set up converting machines, perform quality checks, and support continuous improvement on the line. The role is full-time with three shifts and wages starting at $19.80 per hour, with opportunities to advance based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good references.
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Able to read and follow factory masters instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set-up rails, print, and die cut section on converting machine accurately.
• Inspect dies before/after runs and ensure repairs as needed.
• Monitor box quality, including size, warp, and print.
• Maximize equipment utilization by operating at capacity and speed.
• Train and assist teammates on the machine.
• Complete reports on Production Data, Machine Status and Safety Data.
• Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and company policies.
