Fiserv in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Sr. Professional II - Conversions to support client implementations for Account Processing by installing product updates, coordinating implementation activities, and providing technical product support.

You will collaborate with clients, implementation teams, and support partners to help banks adopt Fiserv account processing platforms, improving service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation projects, client support, or the IT service industry.
• 4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows workstation and server operating systems in physical or virtual environments.
• Experience applying basic data communications concepts, including local area network and wide area network connectivity.
• Experience documenting implementation activities, support issues, client communications, and resolution steps.
• Ability to communicate implementation status, technical requirements, and support actions to internal teams and clients in writing and verbally.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

• Provide follow-up product support to clients through phone, email, and web-based contact channels.
• Deliver timely client communications about project status, support items, and implementation milestones.
• Track, organize, and document product implementation activities, support actions, and client decisions.
• Create and maintain user documentation, including hardware requirements, software requirements, technical guidance, and internal procedures.
• Build product knowledge across Fiserv account processing platforms and apply documented implementation practices.
• Support occasional evening or weekend implementation activities when client schedules require coverage.

About your role:

You will support client implementations for Account Processing by installing product updates, coordinating implementation activities, and providing technical product support. You will work with clients, implementation teams, and support partners to help banks adopt Fiserv account processing platforms. Your work helps clients improve service delivery, streamline operations, and complete implementations with clear communication and documentation.

What you'll do:

Experience you'll need to have:

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation projects, client support, or the IT service industry.

• Experience with bank account processing platforms such as Cleartouch, DNA, Precision, Premier, or Signature.
• Experience creating user documentation for software implementations or technical support teams.
• Experience analyzing implementation issues and documenting repeatable resolution steps.

How you'll work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel:

This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).
