Vestwell is a financial technology company powering the new savings economy. This role supports onboarding to Vestwell’s platform, managing projects and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience for plan sponsors.

Based in Vestwell’s King of Prussia office with a hybrid schedule, you will coordinate transfers, settlements with sub-custodians, and timelines, while helping the team drive process improvements and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Finance or Accounting required.
• Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and able to problem-solve.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Excel.

Responsabilités

• Review and record asset transfers in the trust accounting system.
• Coordinate settlements with sub-custodians for funds.
• Manage installation and transition of plans onto Vestwell.
• Support deconversion processes and data transfer.
• Coordinate onboarding timelines with advisors, sponsors, and record keepers.
• Monitor conversion wires and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain client data in CRM systems.
• Help create operating procedures; support strategic initiatives.
• Provide leadership and train team members.
• Suggest process improvements for Implementations.
