Vestwell, a financial technology company, is seeking a Conversion Associate to support onboarding, conversion plans, and project coordination. You will collaborate across teams to ensure smooth transitions of plans onto the Vestwell platform and manage deconversions where needed.

The role is based in Vestwell’s King of Prussia office with a hybrid schedule. Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, with eligibility for a company bonus pool and new hire equity.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance or Accounting with a strong academic record.
• Demonstrate aptitude for numbers and reconciliation of cash and securities.
• Proactive and analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage client expectations.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsabilités

• Review and record cash and in-kind asset transfers.
• Coordinate settlement with sub-custodians for funds and ETFs.
• Manage installation/deconversion processes with internal teams.
• Maintain client data in CRM and ensure project timelines are met.
• Support procedures and research improvements for implementations.
