Job summary

Vestwell is seeking a Senior Implementations Onboarding Associate to serve as the liaison to Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors onboarding to Vestwell's platform. You will manage projects, collaborate with internal teams to enhance onboarding, and provide expertise on plan design and training during onboarding.

The role emphasizes client servicing, plan administration knowledge, and end-to-end conversion processing for 401(k)/403(b) plans, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project management and leading team initiatives end to end.
• Strong communication and client servicing skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Represent plan sponsor and advisor contacts as the primary internal client advocate.
• Manage all onboarding process steps from sale to successful plan transition onto the Vestwell platform.
• Coordinate with advisors, sponsors, prior recordkeepers, and admins to set timelines and item delivery dates; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service levels are met and support the team as needed.
