Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled professional to manage Defined Contribution Plan transitions to DC Plan Services. You will develop client conversion strategies, review data delivery from prior recordkeepers, and produce client-facing reports to ensure smooth transitions.

The role requires 3-5 years in implementation and/or 401(k) operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of payroll software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in implementation and/or 401(k) operations.
• Strong understanding of retirement market and client service.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Ability to work with payroll software programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transition of Defined Contribution Plans to DC Plan Services.
• Develop a Conversion Strategy with the client.
• Review data delivery from Prior Recordkeepers.
• Produce reports to review with the client.
