Qualifications

4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or closely related field - Required
3 Years - Administering, configuring, or supporting conversational AI platforms - Required
5 Years - Experience developing and supporting APIs, system integrations, and automated workflows - Required
5 Years - Experience testing and production support activities - Required
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, SSO - Preferred

Responsibilities

Administers Amelia AI and related platforms across digital and voice channels.
Designs and maintains conversational workflows, prompts, intents, and knowledge bases.
Leads API integrations between Amelia AI and enterprise applications.
Ensures security, compliance, and governance of AI platforms and integrations.
Documents technical specs, integration details, and support procedures.
Provides guidance on platform questions and future build requests.
