TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Convention Services Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute events, conferences, and conventions at our hotel. You will liaise with clients, manage logistics, and design memorable guest experiences.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced hotel environment. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected, with responsibilities spanning planning to post-event evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in event planning, preferably in a hotel or convention center setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and local regulations.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and event planners.
• Understand and anticipate client needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to design and customize event packages.
• Address and resolve issues during events.
• Participate in client presentations and property tours.
• Plan and execute all aspects of events including room setup, catering, A/V, and special requests.
• Create detailed event timelines and ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including room layout and equipment setup.
• Partner with other departments to ensure staffing coverage.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of event specifications, contracts, and communications.
• Generate post-event reports and evaluations for improvement.
