Qualifications

• Basic understanding of PC hardware and software.
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows systems.
• Helpdesk skills and end-user interaction experience.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site delivery, unloading, set-up and take-down of PC systems at convention grounds.
• Respond to helpdesk inquiries and assist users with computer and Wi‑Fi problems.
• Install, configure, or test software (e.g., admission system).
• Support EAA mission and maintain safe practices in aviation environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
