Experimental Aircraft Association Inc. seeks an administrative support specialist to assist the Convention Administration Department.
The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service to members, volunteers, suppliers, and staff, ensuring orders are prepared for AirVenture staff and volunteers. The position requires basic MS Office skills, a professional demeanor, teamwork, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
SUMMARY
Provide administrative support to the Convention Administration Department, with emphasis on the delivery of excellent customer service to members, volunteers, outside suppliers and employees. Along with other members of the Convention Administration Team, ensure orders are filled and ready for distribution to all AirVenture staff and volunteer teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Typical office setting. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
