Compensation & Schedule

• Compensation: $16.75 - $17.75 per hour
• Schedule: Our standard store hours are from 5 am to 11 pm. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required. Open availability to work any shift is preferred.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager and District Manager in store operations, help achieve performance and profit goals, assist in team member development, monitor financial performance and inventory, communicate with vendors, analyze audits, supervise daily tasks, provide coaching, resolve guest complaints, and ensure safety and operational standards are met.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
• 1-2 years of leadership experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong understanding of retail financials
• Effective communication skills
• Willingness to learn store computer applications
• Ability to work at other locations as required
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
