Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial institutions in strategy, program management, controls, operational risk, compliance, legal, audit or similar function.
• Experience leading strategy, operations, process improvement, and high-profile strategic engagements.
• Program management experience, ideally coupled with a strategic mindset and financial experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply a strategic mindset to drive delivery of initiatives efficiently and consistently across teams and the wider organization.
• Gather, synthesize, and creatively analyze data to provide insights and identify issues and recommendations.
• Advise and influence senior leaders on key business decisions and major change initiatives.
• Develop Executive-level materials for key meetings with Commercial & Investment Banking leadership.
• Champion continuous improvement; help identify and implement change.
• Work independently and create strong partnerships across organization.
