The role requires strong experience with industrial controls, machine drawings, and Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi software. You will lead Electro-Mechanics across shifts and contribute to continuous improvement and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive industrial controls, automation, or electrical maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of machine layouts, control drawings, P&IDs, system interconnection drawings, and distributed control systems.
• Proficiency with Rockwell (Allen-Bradley), Siemens, and Mitsubishi programming, configuration, and troubleshooting software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize plant electrical, automation, and process control systems to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical and controls-related equipment failures.
• Train and coordinate Electro-Mechanics across all shifts.
