Job summary

Marvin is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor to guide the Controls group while continuing to perform controls work in a Fargo, ND setting. You will mentor technicians, coordinate projects, and partner with SCADA, database, and PLC specialists to integrate sophisticated automated manufacturing equipment.

The role requires hands-on controls troubleshooting, collaborative leadership, and the ability to drive projects to on-time completion while empowering team members to own their work.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree and related experience or training required.
• Experience with manufacturing software, including ICIM.
• Knowledge of data communication protocols and Windows/Unix/Linux systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for the Controls group while continuing to execute controls work.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate Controls Technicians to complete projects on time.
• Collaborate with SCADA, database, and PLC specialists to integrate automated equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming issues.
• Manage projects and timelines, and provide end-user training.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure equipment aligns with Marvin specs and procedures.
