Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site Project Leader to plan, implement, and complete control systems projects for assigned customers. You will lead hardware design, software programming, installation coordination, and commissioning while ensuring adherence to safety standards and project schedules.

You will also manage project financials, including costs, billings, and collections, and actively pursue change orders to protect profitability.

Qualifications

• Technical Associates Degree with two years of field experience or four years of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and complete control systems projects with assigned customers.
• Responsible for project financials including costs, billings, and collections; pursue change orders as needed.
• Coordinate communication with customers during all phases of the project and ensure warranty execution.
• Provide on-site leadership to subcontractors, installers, technicians and designers to meet project scope, schedule and safety standards.
