eagle Controls is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Controls team serving multiple offices incl. Granite City, IL; Chesterfield, MO; Nashville, TN; Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC.

The role supports the Project Director and PM team from award to closeout, organizing docs, scheduling, and communication to keep projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in administration or coordination, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience, ideally in construction or controls.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a multi-project environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documents, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Track schedules, milestones and distribute meeting minutes.
• Assist with budgeting, PO tracking, and subcontractor documentation.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of equipment to support field schedules.
• Maintain accurate project files and provide admin support across teams.
• Support closeout activities, including as-builts and O&M manuals.
