We are currently looking for a Operations Coordinatorto join our Controls team located at our office in Charlotte, NC. Our ideal candidate for a Operations Coordinatoris someone who has 2+years of experience and is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction and service environment involving HVAC controls, BAS/DDC systems, and data center or commercial construction projects.

Primary responsibilities for eagle’s Operations Coordinator include:

• Supporting Project Managers with daily project coordination, scheduling, documentation, and project administration activities.
• Tracking project milestones, procurement schedules, material deliveries, and equipment lead times for controls and BAS-related projects.
• Coordinating communication between project teams, field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Assisting with project startup documentation, RFIs, submittals, closeout packages, and maintaining organized project records.
• Supporting labor tracking, manpower scheduling, overtime reporting, and project status updates.
• Assisting with billing support,changeorder tracking, budget monitoring, and procurement documentation.

Primary qualifications for eagle’s Operations Coordinator include:

• 2+ years of experience in construction coordination, project administration, HVAC, controls, electrical, mechanical contracting, or related environments.
• Experience supporting commercial construction or service projects preferred.
• Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS/DDC) or HVAC systems is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, with experience maintaining project tracking spreadsheets and documentation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and equipment schedules preferred.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as MS Project, Procore, Smartsheet, or similar software is a plus.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and collaboration skills with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
