Qualifikationen
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 2+ years of Building Automation and HVAC experience.
- Valid and current Driver’s License and insurability by the company.
Aufgaben
- Initiate, install, troubleshoot and optimize customer systems that use advanced BAS systems.
- Serve as local contact for technical issues and lead in the field.
- Offer effective solutions for increasingly complex system issues.
- Provide turnkey project delivery on small to medium projects.
- Responsible for ensuring systems operate properly, including controls, sensors and software.
- Load software, configure trends, alarms and reports.
- Implement time management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and document project status and details to the customer.
- Provide site-specific training to owners/operators on the complete system.
