Job summary

E Tech Group in the United States seeks a Controls Engineering Manager to lead a growing team of engineers delivering integrated electrical and control systems for life sciences, metals, warehousing, and more. This onsite role requires up to 30% travel and close collaboration with sales and project management.

You will mentor engineers, design PLC/SCADA networks, manage budgets and P&L, and ensure projects meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent education.
• 8+ years in industrial automation / controls integration industry.
• 3+ years managing and leading a team.
• Knowledge of standard engineering practices and procedures.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of integrated electrical and control systems.
• Lead & mentor a team of engineers and technical resources.
• Drive project budgets and schedules; manage P&L for the team.
• Coordinate with sales, project management, and clients to meet expectations.
• Develop PLC/SCADA networks and test procedures.
