Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to lead a growing team and deliver complex automation projects onsite. You will work with executive stakeholders to develop growth strategies and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements include a BS in engineering, 8+ years in industrial automation, and 3+ years of people management. Travel up to 30% and hands-on PLC/SCADA design are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in industrial automation/controls integration.
• Experience leading a team of engineers and technical resources.
• Strong knowledge of engineering practices and PLC/SCADA systems.

• Lead and mentor a team to deliver control system projects.
