Job summary

E Tech Group in the United States seeks a Controls Engineering Manager to lead a growing team of engineers and drive multi-site project delivery.

You will design and implement integrated electrical and control systems, specify hardware, configure PLC/SCADA networks, and collaborate with Sales and Project Management to expand the business. Travel up to 30% and mentoring are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in industrial automation / controls integration industry.
• 3+ years managing and leading a team.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Experience with PLC/HMI programming in one or more languages (Schneider Electric, AVEVA, Rockwell).
• Knowledge of standard engineering practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical resources to deliver projects.
• Design and implement integrated electrical and control systems.
• Specify and configure hardware components (instrumentation, PLCs, communication systems, control panels).
• Design and configure PLC/SCADA networks.
• Meet with key clients to ensure expectations are met and drive growth.
• Be an ambassador of core values, supporting client success and employee development.
