Responsibilities include PLC programming, control panel layout in AutoCAD, and leading design reviews. Travel up to 50% and potential project management on smaller jobs. BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred; salary range $85,000–$110,000 with discretionary bonus and ESOP.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience with control systems and PLC programming.
• Experience with AutoCAD for panel layouts and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and collaborate with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements control systems to meet process requirements.
• Develop schematics detailing control system configuration and wiring; design equipment panels in AutoCAD.
• Lead design reviews with customers for review and approval of design documents.
• Perform system checkout and startup at customer sites.
• Develop final records and provide system training to the customer.
• Lead automation and control system integration projects across multiple industries; act as technical lead.
• Serve as Project Manager on smaller projects ($50K–$250K) including planning, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
