Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in control systems, components, logic programming, instrumentation and controls design and PLC systems; AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements control system (logic software and hardware) to meet process system requirements.
• Develops schematics detailing control system configuration and wiring, and design equipment panel layouts on AutoCAD.
• Develop Sequence of Operation detailing control strategies; lead design reviews with customer for approval of design documents.
• Work at customer site to perform system checkout and start-up of the integrated control system.
• Develop final record system documentation and provide system training to the customer.
• Manage automation and control system integration projects across multiple industries including manufacturing and data centers; act as technical lead on projects.
• Serve as Project Manager on smaller projects (50k–250k) including planning, scheduling, purchasing, and change orders.
